I’m Aqib Shayk, a Lead UI/UX Designer based in Karachi, Pakistan. My work spans operational dashboards, transaction workflows, and web and mobile interfaces. I help founders shape a product direction and support product teams with practical, detailed design.
My design journey began in graphic design in 2016 and moved into UI/UX in 2019. Since then, I’ve worked at RapidoBots, All Star Technology, and Viabletree, where I spent over four years as a Senior UI/UX Designer.
I start by understanding the task, the user’s needs, and the business constraints. Then I turn that understanding into flows, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes that make the design direction tangible.
My approach combines accessible interface decisions, reusable components, and a considered handoff. Whether we’re discussing a freelance project or a role on your team, I want to understand the problem and where I can contribute.
